Awesome experience, the staff is friendly and so helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember the lady's name who helped me buy my darts. It's been years since I played. I was able to try different weights and bought the set that was recommended. I love them, I'm getting better already!! I definitely recommend British Darts!! I will be back!!!! 20+ years i have dealt with British Darts, even did some work for them many years ago, and they have been the best. Original owners where great people to talk to. Being at Sanders now, it opens up more ideas for the man cave. Thank you for getting me back into darts again after 20 years. Love the products i bought from them recently Spent almost 300 dollars, and would do it again and again. Super sales staff.

Spent ALOT of money here in the last two days.Everyone was extremely helpful in choosing the equipment for my game room.Will definitely be back to spend more $$$Thanks guys can't wait for the table

Over priced and pushy sales!Salesman tried pushing me on darts I wasn’t even considering purchasing by setting up them and saying your good to go while I was still looking at darts, without even asking I was interested in them.When I told him I already have some products in mind he became rude and wouldn’t let me throw all 3 of the darts I was looking to purchase. I left the building and purchased the exact darts online from another brick and mortar store here in Ontario for the same price as they wanted including taxes and $15 shipping.I messaged there Facebook before my visit and they ensured their sales staff would spend time working towards a sale and how it will help small businesses…. Well they sure lost that sale.

Disappointed, purchased a pool table from Saunders a few years ago. Excellent service. Today we were met with exclusion and discrimination. We could have waited outside while they attempted to sell us their products from outside the building because I am unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons. Thankful for other companies that will accept my purchases, I guess they don’t need my business. Grateful Saunders is not the only company to sell pool table supplies and dart board accessories. Many organizations are not excluding customers due to masking restrictions maybe they should follow suit. Look into it, government owned such as the liquor stores as an example. I guess it’s okay for government owned business to allow these conditions to be exempt. If Saunders owners want to excluded I won’t be back.
